I was approached by the participation team of Gloucestershire Youth Service to work with a core group of young people who had drawn up a checklist for inclusion of young people in local political and community decision-making. These guidelines needed presenting in a fresh funky **shudder** way. Apologies for using the f word there - I'm often asked to create funky designs, more-often by the young people I work with, which is surprising! I feel the term leads to designs with limited longevity, as funky suggests of the moment, a fashion.
However, I collaborated with the group and created these designs, a little more corporate and a little less funky (as they were to be mailed out to official offices and weren't necessarily to be read by other young people). They turned out to be a fantastic group to work with, with plenty of criticism (always good)!
